HR policy
1) Understanding Client Needs
- Business Objectives: Align the policy with the client's goals, industry, and operational model.

2) Information Gathering and Discussion
- In the HR folder, locate the required information file.
- Review and note any additional elements required for the client’s HR policy and Code of Conduct (COC).
- Share the file with the designated owner and engage in a detailed discussion with the client to review each point.
- Identify and document any further additions or modifications as per the client’s input.
3) Document Preparation and Customization
- After gathering all inputs, create a duplicate of the HR and COC files and save them in the client-specific folder.
- Update the documents to reflect the discussed changes and incorporate client feedback.
- Add the client’s logo as a header and modify the colors in Annexure A and B to align with the client’s branding.
4) Designing the Front Cover
- Use Canva to design the front cover page of the HR policy and COC booklet.
- Leverage existing client templates for HR and COC covers, if available.
- Customize the design, ensuring the colors align with the client’s branding and logo.
- Save the finalized cover page as a PDF and store it in a folder labeled "Cover."
- Once the front cover is ready, prepare an Index/Table of Contents to organize the document’s sections effectively.
5) Internal Review
- Follow the Company’s internal document release protocols to ensure quality and consistency.
- Implement any necessary modifications identified during the internal review process.
6) Client Review
- Share the initial draft of the HR policy and COC with the client for their review.
- Gather feedback and incorporate required changes to finalize the documents.
7) Delivery
- Print the finalized HR policy and COC on high-quality, durable paper.
- Conduct a thorough quality check to ensure the printed materials are accurate and visually appealing.
- Deliver soft copies of the complete document, including the cover page, for creating a digital or printed booklet.
8) Implementation Meeting
- Organize an all-employee meeting or department-specific workshops to introduce the policy. Focus on how the policy impacts their roles and responsibilities.
- Use methods such as presentations to explain critical points.
- Announce the official implementation date and outline the steps for employees to follow, such as signing acknowledgments.
- Conduct focused training sessions for HR teams and managers to equip them with implementation tools.
